How To Make Toilet Paper Roll Stamp Art
First crease your toilet paper rolls so that they look like different kinds of shapes. You can tape them together so they will not get loose. You can also cut the same toilet paper roll into two parts and use them if you don’t have enough.
Dip the toilet paper rolls into the black paint and make overlapping shapes onto your paper.
When you are waiting for the paint to dry draw a cat or something that you want at the bottom of the paper. And draw lines from the balloons to the cat’s tail so that it looks like the balloons are tied to the cat.
Once the black paint has dried, use a small paint brush to color inside of the balloons with various watercolors.
