Fold your cardstock in half and trace your handprint so that the thumb and index finger are touching the closed edge of your paper. Finish off the handprint on the bottom where the wrist of the hand is.
Cut out your handprint. When you cut the part where two fingers meet, cut it round to make it look like a heart when you open the card.
Now you can see the heart!
Using the heart from your handprint cutout, trace the outline slightly larger onto your colored paper.
Then cut out the outline so that it will stick to the cardstock. Make 6 more cutouts. You can do more or less. You can make the heart in one color or make it in various colors.
Glue one of them on the back of the card base.
Fold all the other hearts in half.
Stick two heart halves on the front of the card base. Keep adding heart halves and stick them together.
